Happy Earth Day 2014!

First, I want to thank everyone for collecting trash along side the roads of Derry this past week and supporting our Blue Bag campaign. Special thanks go out to the BLIA, EEAC, Garden Club members, Boy Scout groups, Knights of Columbus, and other organized groups that took on large projects.
What a great way to celebrate Earth Day 2014 – with clean roadsides and beautiful views. But let’s not stop there! We at Go Green have so much planned for this year including invasive species removal events, a composting workshop, and of course, our summer conservation area walks and guides. Please follow our events and attend those that you can. And don’t forget that our meetings are on the second Tuesday of every month at the Derry Municipal Building in room 207 at 7pm. See you there!
